I made the character Niiro up, long before I published myself as AtokNiiro.

Here is how it is: I draw the drawing with a pencil > I re-draw the drawing with a tuschpen > I erase all pencil lines > I scan the drawing to my computer > I colour it with Paint.NET (no, its not a website, its a program).
