*UPDATED*My first long animation EVER I know it's choppy but I actually made a long one.
I wonder what that was used for...

ok thanks for joining and i not trying to by mean but those animations were VERY choopy..look for tutriols on my forum on walking running puching kicking(bahas tutriol)and easing tutriol by EMMDM..that would take care of most choppieness..your inproving

Pretty good. The animations are really stiff though. Move more joints in one frame.

Ok, you're out of pivot now, I know, but.. Work on easing more than anything, it's actually not bad for the most part. Just make it faster and eased, so that it isn't so choppy.
