thanks, what I did was pasted in the stock, and used alot of displaces, and some lightning brushes.
Simple, really.
Uh...Yeah...Simple........Seeing as how I don't know what stock is,displaces,and I don't have lightning brushes.Lol.-WarnD

Could you tell me what displaces and all that stuff is?
Lol,also could you tell me where to find gimp brushes?deviantart makes me afraid that I will do something illegal.They DO have great brushes though...

Okay, definitions here:
Stock: Just a picture. Not a render, a picture.
Displace: What you do is you make a new layer and put a bunch of brushes all over it, spark brushes and so on and so forth. Then you hide this layer and select the layer you want to distort. Go to filters>Map>Displace and select the layer with all the sparks. Then click okay. Then delete the sparks layer and you've done it.
Lightning brushes: Off of Devient art. Its not stealing or anything. Just go to deviant art and type in Lightning brushes gimp. Once you find them, make sure the category their in is 'GIMP brushes'.
