Oh,I know this one.But it normally doesn't work on this forum.You can try,but it will probably fail to work.If it does fail,just put it in Movie maker or something.Here it is:
[flash width=250 height=250]Insert Flash[/flash]
I think this might be a good size.If some one tells you otherwise (some one in authority) I will change it and give you the code.
And this goes in the "Help" Section by the way.
(yes also put it in URL format.)

Moved to the help section plus try postig it in a url format example [url] www.google.com [/url] make sure thier is no spaces though

dude i can't i have to set the size and i can't put it in movie maker since it is a swf i can't and is just a spirte animation very simple, i would ahve to record it.
and that coding might work not sure have to upload it in some type of swf hosting site
